    We can fix a wide range of electrical problems, including flickering lights, faulty outlets, circuit breaker issues, and electrical surges. We have meter testing equipment and often work closely with Seattle City Light to ensure both the client side and city side of your electrical service are working as intended.

    We specialize in Knob and Tube rewires and making Seattle's many hundred year old homes safe - whether you are doing a remodel or are a new homeowner and want a thorough inspection. With more than 100 knob and tube rewires completed we're here to put your mind at ease, no matter what the insurance report says.

    The duration of an electrical project depends on the type and complexity of the project. Many small jobs can be solved in a single one hour service call. Rewiring an apartment complex obviously is a much larger project - usually three to six months depending on the number of units. We will provide you with a timeline during the initial consultation and keep you updated throughout the project.
